HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

PayPal

You can use PayPal, to make a quick and secure payment.

To purchase using PayPal, follow the steps below.

• Open your shopping cart
• Click “Check Out with PayPal”, or select PayPal as a payment option during the standard checkout process
• You’ll be automatically directed to PayPal’s site to complete your transaction
• Once finished, you’ll automatically be returned to S-DEALS to complete your order

If you have any specific questions related to PayPal, please contact them directly.  

S-DEALS does not have access to your PayPal account and is unable to place an order on your behalf using PayPal.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

All orders made with S-DEALS  are qualified for free shipping . 

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. 

For orders within France, Netherlands and Belgium, you can expect to receive your products within 3 working days.

For orders within mainland Europe, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, it is very easy to track your order. Once you have made a purchase you will then receive confirmation of your order by email, along with your tracking number.

HOW IS THE SHIPMENT PACKED?

The products will be securely wrapped in a bubble - wrap envelope. To ensure that the products reach you securely we use a courier company .

Refunds

It's important to us that you love S-DEALS products as much as we do! In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with one of our products you may return the product, provided it is in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please note: Only products purchased online from the S-DEALS  website will be accepted for return. If you have purchased one of our products from another online store or retailer, please contact them directly. 

Shipping:

To return your product, please email contact@mysdeals.com and include your invoice/order number and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
